Privacy Policy

In brief: I never discuss clients, I only keep what a booking genuinely needs, you don't have to give me your real name, and you can log in and delete your own data at any time. This policy explains how personal information submitted through this website is handled. This site is operated by a sole trader based in the UK. All forms and data collection on this site are handled directly by this site. No third-party form providers are used.

What information is collected and why

This site collects personal information through the following forms and features:

Booking form

When you submit a booking request, the following information is collected: your name or pseudonym, gender identity, mobile number and contact consent, your preferred meeting location and address (if applicable), date and time preference, booking duration, interests and preferences, any additional information you choose to provide, and your preferred deposit method. This information is used solely to process and manage your booking enquiry.

Partially completed booking forms

The booking form saves your progress as you fill it in, so you do not lose your place. This means that if you begin a booking but do not submit it, the details you have entered so far may be stored. Where you have provided a contact number, I may reach out, for example by SMS or WhatsApp, to check whether you would like to complete your booking. If you would prefer not to be contacted, or would like these details removed, please get in touch and I will action this promptly.

Members area

If you create a members account, the following is collected and stored: your email address, a hashed (encrypted) password, your name, phone number, gender, any personal notes you choose to add, and an optional list of interests. Members who submit a booking through the members area also have their booking details stored and linked to their account. Your password is stored as a one-way hash. It cannot be read or recovered by anyone.

Mailing list

If you sign up to the mailing list, your name and contact details are collected and used to send you updates about specific offers you have asked to hear about. You can unsubscribe at any time by getting in touch directly.

Review form

If you submit a review, the name and review text you provide are received by me. Published reviews on the testimonials section of this site display only the name and content you submitted.

How information is stored

Data submitted through this site is stored in a secure database on the hosting server. Booking and form submissions are also delivered to me via email. Members account data is not accessible to anyone other than myself.

When you submit a booking with an outcall address, your postcode is sent to postcodes.io, a free UK postcode lookup service, solely to verify its validity and estimate travel distance. No other data is sent to this service.

Website security

Keeping your information safe is something I take seriously, and I've put proper protection in place rather than leaving it to chance. In plain terms, here is how your data is looked after:

• Encrypted connection. Everything you send to and from this site travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so it cannot be read in transit.
• Global security network. The site runs through Cloudflare, a major content-delivery and security network that sits in front of the server.
• Built against common attacks. The site is written to defend against the usual ways websites get compromised, including database-injection and cross-site-scripting, through parameterised database access and careful handling of anything you type in.
• Passwords are never stored in readable form. Member account passwords are kept only as a one-way cryptographic hash, so nobody, including me, can see them, and they cannot be recovered even if the database were ever exposed.
• Protected login sessions. The members area keeps you signed in with a session cookie that scripts cannot read, and it is cleared when you log out.
• You control your own data. You can log into your account and delete your information yourself, at any time.
• As little as possible, for no longer than needed. Non-financial personal information is kept only while it is relevant and deleted afterwards; financial records are held for seven years, as HMRC requires.
• Registered data handler. I am registered with the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, as a data handler.
• An encrypted way to talk. You can choose WhatsApp for our messages, which is end-to-end encrypted for an extra layer of privacy.

Cookies and third-party services

The members area uses a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is deleted when you log out or close your browser. No tracking or advertising cookies are used by this site.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect data in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which may process request data as part of its CDN and security services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

How your information is used

Information collected through this site is used only to manage bookings, operate the members area, send mailing list updates where you have opted in, and display submitted reviews. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used for any marketing purpose beyond the mailing list you have explicitly joined.

How long your information is kept

Booking enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to manage the booking. Members account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data to be deleted, including your members account or any booking records, please get in touch and I will action this promptly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. To exercise any of these rights, please get in touch directly.
