Manchester based male escort and professional dominant
Booking Terms & Conditions
In brief: bookings are for consenting adults aged 18 or over. A deposit is usually required to hold your slot and is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show. Your privacy comes first: when you delete your details, messages or images, they are deleted entirely, and this site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Everything runs on mutual respect, consent and discretion.
These terms apply to all bookings made with The Spartan ("I", "me", "my"), a sole trader based in Manchester, UK, offering legal companionship and professional domination services to adults. By making a booking or submitting the booking form, you agree to the terms below.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to book or to use this site. By booking you confirm that you are a consenting adult, and that any activities agreed between us are lawful and consensual. I offer my time and companionship between consenting adults; nothing on this site is an offer of anything illegal.
Making a booking
A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details and any required deposit has been received. Until then, no time is reserved for you. I may decline or end any booking at my discretion, including where I do not feel safe or comfortable, or where these terms are not respected.
Deposits
I ask for a deposit from all new clients and most existing ones. A deposit protects my time against late cancellations and no-shows. Once you have booked reliably a few times, I will usually stop asking.
- The deposit amount and accepted methods are shown on the Rates page and confirmed when you book.
- Some payment methods carry a small surcharge to cover their own processing fees; this is always made clear before you pay.
- Your deposit is deducted from the total, and the balance is paid in person on the day.
- Deposits are non-refundable (see cancellations below).
Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
Life happens, and the sooner you let me know the better. Please give me as much notice as you can if you need to change or cancel.
- If you cancel or do not show up, the deposit is kept. On occasion, entirely at my discretion, I may let a deposit roll over as credit towards a future booking.
- If I ever have to cancel or reschedule, your deposit is honoured in full towards a rearranged booking, or returned if you would prefer.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may mean I ask for full payment up front, or decline future bookings.
Conduct, consent and boundaries
Bookings run on mutual respect. Consent, boundaries and safe words are discussed and respected on both sides, and either of us may pause or end a session at any time. I do not offer anything unsafe, non-consensual or unlawful. I reserve the right to end a booking without refund if boundaries are crossed, if you are too intoxicated to consent, or if you are abusive or threatening.
Health, hygiene and safety
Please arrive freshly showered, and let me know in advance of anything relevant to your comfort or safety. I take health and discretion seriously, and I ask the same of you.
Payment
The balance is due in person at the start of our time together, by the method we agreed. Prices are as shown on the Rates page at the time of booking.
Your privacy and your data
Discretion is the heart of what I do. I never discuss clients, and I keep only what a booking genuinely needs.
- Deletion means deletion. When you ask me to remove your contact details, messages, images or account, they are deleted entirely, and no hidden copies are kept.
- This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can also manage and delete your own information from your members account at any time.
Full detail on how your data is handled is in my Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
